Hayles has 'no doubt' Robins will fly

The Robins are already out of all three cup competitions and lie just three places and five points off the League Two drop zone following a run of just one win in their last 13.[LNB]Relegation from the Football League is a serious possibility for the managerless club unless they start to turn their form around.[LNB]Saturday's 2-2 draw at home to fellow strugglers Northampton could easily have ended differently had Town taken some of their chances and Hayles, who netted a brace to take his tally this term to five, wants to see more conviction from everyone in a red shirt.[LNB]"We had more chances in the first half to kill Northampton off, but in the second half they scored early with a sloppy goal," the veteran striker told the Gloucestershire Echo.[LNB]"We can get out of this situation, no doubt about it. But we have to see games out and when you are on top of teams, you have to kill them off. We should have leapfrogged Northampton and it's two points dropped, but we lost our way in the second half and that needs to be addressed."[LNB][LNB]
