Double blow for Cheltenham

08 February 2011 11:30
Cheltenham have suffered an early double blow ahead of Saturday`s home clash against Hereford with the news that Steve Elliott and Marlon Pack are both extremely doubtful. Centre-back Elliott was forced off at half-time in the weekend`s 1-1 draw at Morecambe, nursing an ankle injury, while Pack lasted just 66 minutes before succumbing to a slight groin strain. Neither player is expected to be missing long-term but Town`s senior sports therapist Ian Weston believes they are both "very doubtful" to line up against Hereford at Whaddon Road. However, winger Josh Low has returned to training following a hamstring strain which has kept him out for the last three games, although whether he is match fit to start against the Bulls remains to be seen. Defender Andy Gallinagh has also started light jogging again after his double hernia operation and is scheduled to resume training in the next two weeks.
