Cox, on-loan from Tottenham, started for the Robins at Accrington in the centre of midfield on his 19th birthday.[LNB]Robins manager Martin Allen switched Cox to centre-back, following an injury to Michael Townsend after half an hour, as the club crashed to a 4-0 defeat.[LNB]Accrington ran riot and scored four times in 14 second half-minutes but Cox has vowed to learn from his nightmare experience and told the Gloucester Citizen: "I went home after the game and spent time with my family and friends, but I was thinking about the game a lot and it was not such a good birthday.[LNB]"I was over the moon to make my debut and I thank God and my parents for the opportunity, but things didn't go well."[LNB]He added: "I hope there are better times ahead. I will keep working hard on my weaknesses and hopefully get another appearance in."[LNB][LNB]
