Consistency is key for Robins boss

That result left the Robins in 11th place with two wins, three draws and a single defeat from their opening six games. The club's cup exploits have been less successful, however, with disappointing first-round exits to Southend in the Carling Cup and more notably Torquay in the Johnstone's Paint Trophy last Tuesday. But Allen is seeing progress, and said: "We're starting to get that bit of consistency going now. "We had a lot of kids playing last week (against Torquay) and sometimes when you rest senior players it might seem the game is less important. Perhaps the intensity wasn't there like it was on Saturday. "Overall, we've been doing okay."
