Rob Dickie set for third Cheltenham 'debut'

Rob Dickie has joined Cheltenham on loan for a third time and he should make his 'debut' against Crewe.

Dickie's previous spell was cut short as he went back to parent club Reading to recover from an injury.

The EFL Cup game against Newcastle in midweek came too soon for striker Dan Holman, but he could recover from his foot injury in time to feature on Saturday.

The Robins are still looking for their first win of the Sky Bet League Two season.

Crewe winger George Cooper is a doubt for the trip.

The teenager had to come off at Blackburn in midweek as he was struggling with cramp and a late decision will be made on his fitness.

Having taken Rovers to extra-time in the cup, Alex boss Steve Davis may have to freshen his starting line-up. Chris Dagnall and Ryan Lowe are expected to resume their strike partnership, while midfielder James Jones also looks in line for a recall.

George Ray and Ben Nugent are also options while on-loan Newcastle midfielder Liam Smith is making strides towards full fitness following an ankle injury in pre-season.
