Stanley stun Robins

Clinical Accrington shocked previously unbeaten Cheltenham with a 3-0 victory at Whaddon Road.

Cheltenham were caught out as early as the fourth minute when an error from central defender Harry Hooman let in Stanley's Padraig Amond, who kept his cool to slot past goalkeeper Scott Brown.

Stanley increased their lead in the 34th minute when Cheltenham failed to clear their ranks from Will Hatfield's 34th-minute corner, allowing the Stanley midfielder to cross again and the ball fell for George Miller to fire home from close range.

Stanley effectively sealed the points two minutes after the break when Cheltenham failed to take advantage from a corner, with Stanley able to break and Hatfield put though Romuald Boco who ran from the halfway line to fire past Brown.
