Allen: We must tighten up defence

Despite a spirited Robins comeback sparked by a Damian Spencer hat-trick, Allen has plenty to think about with his side propping up the table.[LNB]An extraordinary clash at Whaddon Road also saw Aaron Wilbraham grab a hat-trick, but the match was memorable for Spencer's heroics as a second-half substitute and his red card for a rash challenge.[LNB]"I feel for the players and the supporters. I'm hurting but no one's going to see me lose my self-belief and belief in the players," insisted Allen. "They've shown great commitment but without doubt we have got to tweak it because we're conceding goals.[LNB]"The most important thing is to keep the players going - we can't afford anyone to have their heads down.[LNB]"It's my job to keep them going, keep them focused, but we need a little luck - the penalty decision on Alex Russell when he was clean through and knocked down by two people is a penalty and straight red card but we're not getting breaks in that area."[LNB][LNB]
