Allen targeting instant return

Drissa Diallo's penalty in their 1-1 draw with Carlisle was not enough to keep the Whaddon Road club afloat, despite a fine run of recent form that had put them in with a chance of staying up.[LNB]And Allen, who has been unable to turn around the club's fortunes since taking over in September, is now targeting an instant return.[LNB]"The supporters have been naffed off, like me," he admitted to his club's official website. "They pay their money and they deserve better.[LNB]"I want to be stood here next year with the players receiving another lap of honour but in different circumstances.[LNB]"That's what I want, my team at the top challenging and putting on a good football show.
