Allen: Robins can climb up the table
Cheltenham, who were relegated from League One back in May, have now slipped to 20th having failed to taste victory in six games and not once at home since the opening day of the season.
Pressure is mounting on Allen to turn it around but he is adamant it can be done with a little more dynamism up front.
"We can climb the table, but we've got to find more in the final third because earlier in the season our forwards were on fire," he told the Gloucestershire Echo.
"We have to find that again from somewhere and that will be the key to us climbing the table.
"There were positives from Friday night's defeat, but it's disappointing we haven't got the win we all hoped for."
