A superbly-struck goal from youngster Oli Johnson won the game for the hosts, leaving Cheltenham rooted to the foot of the table after six defeats in seven League One games.[LNB]Allen said: "You certainly wouldn't watch the team and think they were bottom of the league. They don't look like beaten men.[LNB]"I have a lot of friends that have been to watch us recently and have given me some reports and feedback. Some of them are experienced good managers and coaches and the reports keep saying that we are not far away.[LNB]"If you look back at some of the goals that have beaten us recently, there have been some outstanding ones.[LNB]"We need a break to go for us but we have to make it happen ourselves. We have to concentrate on our performance and keep working. A little turn could be a big transition because we are not playing badly."[LNB][LNB]
