A would-be president of Real Madrid claims that Didier Drogba has agreed to quit Chelsea for the Bernabeu. Spanish businessman Eduardo Garcia says he has reached agreements with three players who would be signed if he wins the election in June. Garcia told Spanish newspaper AS that his prime target was, 'a Champions League centre forward who scores goals in England'. Asked if this was Drogba, he said: 'We could present him just afterbeing elected. With people like Drogba we are looking for immediateresults.'   As for the other two who have 'agreed' to join, the Spanish papernamed them as Palmeiras striker Keirrison and Racing Santander defenderIvan Marcano. Garcia said: 'We have a Brazilian who plays in the position of Kaka. And there is a third, the left-back of Racing.' Many doubt Garcia's clout and even question whether he is standingfor election to promote his business or the Organisation for thePromotion of the Disabled, which he supports. Florentino Perez is seen as the favoured candidate and AS reportsthat he will sign the real Kaka rather than a player who Garcia ratherfeebly says 'plays in his position'. Keirrison, also tracked by Barcelona, is undoubtedly a hot property, but not a name to exited Madrid fans - even if Garcia's manifesto is more achievable than Perez's. The 20-year-old striker, nicknamed K9 because of his shirt number, has been likened to former Bernabeu favourite Ronaldo. Liverpool are reported to have tracked his progress but they arelikely to be put off by his complicated third-party ownership.Palmeiras only own about a fifth of Keirrison's economic rights, with the rest controlled by South American media and investment group Traffic. As for Real Madrid's next coach, Garcia says he is considering thenames also targetted by Perez: Arsenal's Arsene Wenger, Liverpool'sRafael Benitez and Chelsea-bound Milan chief Carlo Ancelotti. But with those targets virtually unatainable, he would considerretaining former Tottenham boss Juande Ramos and bringing in RamonMonchi to replace Predrag Mijatovic as sporting director. Ramos and Monchi worked together in a highly effective partnership at Sevilla. Meanwhile, Barcelona have reportedly lined up Manchester United flop Diego Forlan as a replacement for Samuel Eto'o. Barca are working on contingency plans in case they cannot convinceEto'o to sign a new contract. His existing deal ends in 2010 and Barca have already offered him to Manchester City for fear of losing him on a Bosman free in a year's time. Barca have been linked with moves for Drogba and Valencia hot-shot David Villa, but have now apparently settled on 29-year-old Forlan, whohas scored an impressive 25 goals in 29 La Liga games for Atletico Madrid this season.
