Desperate: Former Chelsea forward Adrian Mutu is struggling to find the funds for his huge fine [LNB]The agent of Adrian Mutu believes Juventus must pay part of his client's £14.6million fine to Chelsea.   [LNB]The Fiorentina striker was ordered to pay the fine after the Court of Arbitration for Sport upheld FIFA's ruling for breach of contract.   [LNB]'I believe Mutu has to give back the money he earned at Chelsea,' said Mutu's agent Giovanni Becali.   [LNB]'But the rest should be paid by Juventus, Livorno and the Moggi family (Mutu's former agent Alessandro Moggi).'[LNB]Mutu was sacked by Chelsea in 2004 when he tested positive for cocaine, but the Blues complained when he joined Juventus following a drug ban.  [LNB] The player's transfer to Juve turned out to be more complicated as Juve had no available room to buy another non-EU player from abroad and Mutu's move also involved fellow Serie A club Livorno, who signed the player and contemporaneously sold him to Juventus.  [LNB] In the summer of 2006, Juve transferred Mutu to Fiorentina for 8million euros (£7m). [LNB]Becali has warned all parties involved in this complicated case that they are prepared to battle to get justice.   [LNB]'We will put Juventus and those that are responsible for this situation in a difficult position,' he said. 'We will get the best international lawyers. Today I will meet agent (Jean-Louis) Dupont (Jean-Marc Bosman's lawyer) in Florence and we will decide what needs to be done.  [LNB] Free agent: Mutu, here in action against Arsenal, joined Juventus in 2006[LNB] 'Mutu is desperate. He has been abandoned by everyone, including those that made a fortune in his transfer to Juventus as a free agent.  [LNB] 'No-one at Juve has come out and said anything, nor the executives or his former team-mates. Mutu already paid a price with a seven-month ban and without pay.  [LNB] 'He is ready to give back what he earned. I will fight until death so that Mutu gets justice.'[LNB] Broke Mutu's not going to Grozny even if Putin puts in cash, claims agentCheryl Cole: I'd buy Newcastle and put hubby Ashley at left-back!England Under 21s feel the heat in Greece but hot Chelsea talent Daniel Sturridge targets 'ultimate success' for Stuart Pearce CHELSEA FC
