Guus Hiddink has revealed he had to demand players turn their music off during team talks when he first arrived as Chelsea interim boss last month. The 62-year-old says the noise coming from the Chelsea dressing room was 'unbelievable' as his Blues stars insisted on playing their music at full blast before preparing for games. Hiddink said: 'When I came to Chelsea I encountered an unusual thing for me. 'Before the game they bring into the dressing room two or three loudspeakers and music CDs. And the players are getting ready for the match to unbelievable noise. 'Music in the dressing room before the warm-up - it took me a while to get used to this.
