Poole and JT were childhood sweethearts, having grown up in Barking and Dagenham respectively.
The pair married in 2007 and have twin daughters together.
Poole, a former beautician turned full-time mum (and Wag), is said to be devastated by the news Terry had an affair with Perroncel.
Some reports suggest she has already engaged a divorce lawyer.
