Chelsea are today set to learn if they will be charged for their players' outbursts that followed the Champions League exit to Barcelona. European football's governing body have taken three weeks to analyse and assess all the evidence surrounding the events that centred on referee Tom Henning Ovrebo and they are expected to take a firm stance. Didier Drogba, Jose Bosingwa, Michael Ballack and John Terry could also be charged individually, although they will have to wait until a hearing next month to discover their punishment.
