TOTTENHAM v Chelsea: Creative spark Rafael van der Vaart will miss London derby

Rafael van der Vaart will miss Tottenham's Barclays Premier League game with Chelsea on Sunday after failing shake off a hamstring injury.

Younes Kaboul was due to train today following a hip problem and could be in the squad, while Luka Modric returns after missing Tuesday night's Champions League draw at FC Twente with flu.

Jermaine Jenas (calf) and Niko Kranjcar (hamstring) are both out after limping off in Enschede, while captain Ledley King (groin), Tom Huddlestone (ankle), Jamie O'Hara (back) and Jonathan Woodgate (groin) are longer-term absentees.
