Tottenham to battle Chelsea in the race to land Lazio's £15m hitman Pandev
Tottenham could launch a £15million summer raid for Lazio hitman Goran Pandev.
The Macedonian striker has caught the eye of Harry Redknapp, although Chelsea are also in the race to sign him, according to the Daily Mirror.
Pandev helped Lazio win the Italian Cup last week but they may be forced to sell after completing a deal to sign former Birmingham forward Mauro Zarate.
Redknapp is planning a huge clear-out at White Hart Lane this summer and strikers Roman Pavlyuchenko and Darren Bent could head the list of casualties.
Robbie Keane and Jermain Defoe are both huge parts of the manager's plans, although back up will be required if Pavlyuchenko and Bent go.
