FA will have to back or sack JT as captain

John Terry won't stand down as England skipper, Chelsea-Mad understands.

Terry will face West London magistrates at the beginning of February accused of a racially aggravated public order offence.

The case is expected to be adjourned for a couple of weeks.

However England face Holland at Wembley ion February 29.

Terry will defend his reputation and thus believes he has no need to do anything other than continue as normal.

This includes the captaincy of his country.

The FA and Fabio Capello will have to decide ahead of the game to either back Terry's stance or pre-empt any decision by the magistrates.
