John Terry has urged his Chelsea [LNB]team-mates to salvage their faltering campaign with the kind of form that will persuade Guus Hiddink to become the club's permanent manager. [LNB]The Russia coach will meet his new squad later today (Thursday) after agreeing a deal on a part-time basis until the end of the season. [LNB]And Terry, speaking after England's 2-0 friendly defeat in Spain, believes the Blues can draw on their experiences following Jose Mourinho's sacking last year, when Avram Grant went on to lead them to the Champions League Final. The same is going to be needed again.' [LNB]Chelsea are seven points behind leaders Manchester United but Terry refused to confirm reports of a rift in the dressing room. The players need to stick together now.'[LNB] Terry's comments will be welcomed by West Ham fans as they suggest Chelsea have accepted it will be difficult to get Gianfranco Zola and his No 2 Steve Clarke back at the Bridge, although that remains a possibility if Hiddink does leave the Blues at the end of the season.
