Terry 'dreading' Gerrard task

Chelsea captain John Terry has admitted he is 'dreading' coming up against Liverpool's Steven Gerrard on Wednesday. The Blues are to clash with their Premier League rivals at Anfield in the first leg of their UEFA Champions League quarter-final tie. Reds skipper Gerrard has been in fine form of late and is in the running to be named PFA Player of the Year. And Blues centre-back Terry concedes that facing his England team-mate, in a game that can be seen live on Sky Sports, is a formidable task. Heartbeat "He's one of the best players in the world, that's for sure," Terry said. "He's in great form at the minute. I'm sort of dreading going there to play him because he is different class. "With the backbone Liverpool have got - Jose Reina, Jamie Carragher, Steven Gerrard and Fernando Torres - what a spine that is! "And Gerrard is the heartbeat of the team just like Frank Lampard is with Chelsea. It's going to be a big clash and we're thoroughly looking forward to it."
