Isaiah Brown, the teenage sensation from West Bromwich Albion is believed to have signed ion the dotted line for Chelsea.The Blues will have to stump up a fair few pounds in terms of compensation for the 16-year-old midfielder who it's believed is on his way to New York for a short holiday.Brown has already made his Premier League debut and was on the bench for WBA at Stamford Bridge last season.A WBA source told me then that Brown was simply an "unbelievable talent."How much game time he will get in the first team team at SW6 is in the gift of Jose Mourinho but certainly he was earmarked to be a central figure this season for the Baggies.
