Steve Gohouri signs new Wigan deal and vows to beat Didier Drogba 11-months after beating malaria
Steve Gohouri has signed a two-year deal with Wigan and is set to face Ivory Coast teammate Didier Drogba at Stamford Bridge on Sunday just 11 months after recovering from a life-threatening bout of tropical malaria.[LNB]Gohouri contracted the disease after a game against Cameroon in June and fell ill while on holiday in St Tropez.
