Sporting Lisbon are determined to keep hold of striking starlet Wilson Eduardo. The 18-year-old is one of Sporting's top prospects and he is already starring for Portugal at youth level. A number of scouts are hot on the trail of Eduardo, with reports suggesting that Liverpool and Chelsea are showing the strongest interest. Sporting have seen a host of promising players sold in recent years including the likes of Cristiano Ronaldo and Nani. But recent years have seen them hang on to Miguel Veloso and Joao Moutinho and now they hope to continue that trend by hanging on to the likes of Eduardo. "This kid is ours and we have many plans for him. Wilson Eduardo will go far in football and Sporting is his home," sources at Sporting confirmed. Eduardo is set to be introduced into the Sporting's first-team squad this summer.
