Spain reigns over England, claims Barca star Xavi ahead of Chelsea clash

Xavi has stoked up the rivalry ahead of Barcelona's crunch clash with Chelsea by claiming the Spanish league is the best in the world.[LNB]English sides have dominated the Champions League in recent years and three of the four semi-finalists are again from these shores.[LNB]But Barca midfielder Xavi, who will be tasked with stopping the Blues at the Nou Camp tonight, insists La Liga leads the way.[LNB] Pride: Xavi has hailed the Spanish league[LNB]'I don't accept that the Premier League is the best in the world,' he said.
