Sevilla claim to have rejected two bids in excess of £20million for Brazilian wing-back Daniel Alves, who tops Chelsea's wanted list.
The 24-year-old is under contract with the UEFA Cup holders for another five years, but has made known his desire to try his luck in England with the Blues.
However, Sevilla president, Jose Maria del Nido, is in no mood to part with one of his star players just yet.
He told reporters: "We have refused an offer of 35million euros and another one that was of almost 32million euros, which did not include any swap deals.
"The first call was on Tuesday and the second was received on Wednesday.
"If we receive an offer that is above his current value in the market, then he could leave us and, if not, we will remain calm.
"Alves is a magnificent professional and I think he will carry on in the same way as always.
"I am convinced that he will carry out his duties with Sevilla and will not have any problems either economically or personally here."
