Sahar completes Espanyol move

Ben Sahar has completed his move to Espanyol from Chelsea after signing a four-year deal with the Spanish outfit. The 19-year-old was tipped for big things when he arrived at Stamford Bridge in May 2006, but things failed to materialise as planned for the Israeli international. The striker was loaned out by the Blues no fewer than five times in the last three seasons, with spells at Hapoel Tel Aviv, QPR, Sheffield Wednesday, Portsmouth and most recently Da Graafschap. Sahar has managed to shine on the international front though, becoming Israel's youngest ever international when he made his debut at 17 in 2007. The Blues paid a significant amount for Sahar when they signed him from Hapoel Tel Aviv, believed to be in the region of £3.2million. However, the teenager managed just five substitute appearances for the club in his three-year spell.
