Juventus coach Claudio Ranieri believes Luiz Felipe Scolari's sacking is bad news for his team ahead of their Champions League clash with Chelsea[LNB]. [LNB]Ranieri, who was dismissed by the Blues in 2004, will bring his team to Stamford Bridge for a last-16 tie on 25 February and admits the Brazilian's exit - plus the uncertainty of how the team will play under a new boss - will make it very tough for Juve to prepare properly. [LNB]'We could have done without this change,' said the Italian. 'Now the players will have an excuse and I, who had studied Scolari's team by memory, will have to start from the beginning. [LNB][LNB][LNB] Great minds: Buffon (left) and Ranieri reckon Chelsea will improve[LNB]'It will be another Chelsea and Iwill only have two weeks to get to know it before the first leg.'[LNB] Ranieri's goalkeeper, Gianluigi Buffon, agrees that Chelsea's chances of winning the tie have been boosted. [LNB]'It would have been better for us had he been sacked after they had failed against us in the Champions League. But if a club changes its manager, it means the team are not enjoying a period of good form,' said the Italy No 1. [LNB]'We will know only after the game whether this change has favoured Juve. But sacking the manager usually produces a reaction, and, when Ilook at the players Chelsea have, Ithink it will be a positive one.'
