West Brom 0-3 STOKE[LNB]Jon Walters needs two goes but after Carson saves his first effort, he is alert enough to bundle in the second.[LNB]16.53: Full-time: Blackpool 2-1 WolvesFull-time: Manchester United 3-0 Wigan[LNB]16.51: GOAL! BOLTON 5-1 Newcastle[LNB]It's a harsh penalty but Kevin Davies steps up to give Bolton an emphatic victory.[LNB]16.50: PENALTY (Bolton Wanderers)[LNB]16.49: Rooney has not found his shooting boots yet, he receives a great cross from Rafael but just six yards can not get enough purchase to trouble Al Habsi.[LNB]16.48: Blackpool are hanging on now, Doyle has a shot just wide for Wolves and we are in to two minutes of injury time.[LNB]16.46: Still Chelsea plough forward, even centre-back Alex is in the attack but Birmingham still hang on.[LNB]16.45: GOAL! West Brom 0-2 STOKE[LNB]Simon Cox gives away a penalty with an unfair shoulder barge and Jon Walters converts his penalty to give Stoke their third straight win.[LNB]16.44: PENALTY (Stoke)[LNB]16.42: GOAL! Blackpool 2-1 WOLVES[LNB]They left it too late last week, have they done it again? Kevin Doyle nods home a cross to give us an interesting last few minutes.[LNB]16.38: Seems to be no way back for West Brom, Stoke in control there. The Baggies are on a bad run lately.[LNB]16.35: RED CARD (Fabricio Coloccini, Newcastle)[LNB]Another certain red, the Newcastle defender lashes out at Elmader with the elbow and Howard Webb really has no choice but to produce a red. Stupid boy.[LNB]16.34: GOAL! MANCHESTER UNITED 2-0 Wigan[LNB]Great ball from Rafael and it's the young Mexican who steals Rooney's thunder with Javier Hernandez beating Al Habsi from eight yards.[LNB]16.33: It's all Chelsea still but Foster is having the game of his life, this time he dives out at the last minute to claw the ball away from Kalou who looked certain to score.[LNB]16.29: GOAL! BOLTON 4-1 Newcastle[LNB]All eyes on Johan Elmander, what a player this man is turning in to. He robs Fabricio Coloccini before shoving him off under pressure to fire past Krul. Game over.[LNB]16.26: Wolves have not been that poor to be fair, but Blackpool have been clinical in front of goal.[LNB]Unfortunately the Premier League is unforgiving and as things stand they are bottom of the table.[LNB]16.23: One of those days for Chelsea? They are still on top at Birmingham but don't seem to fashion the chances they had in the first half. What a result this would be for the title race.[LNB]16.21: RED CARD (Hugo Rodallega, Wigan)[LNB]He has gone for the ball but that is a shocking challenge from Rodallega. Two footed, studs up he can have few complaints. What was an uphill task is now a cliff face battle for the Latics.[LNB]16.17: RED CARD (Antolin Alcaraz, Wigan)[LNB]Wayne Rooney is on for United, but it's Darren Fletcher feeling the full effects of a late Antolin Alcaraz tackle, with the Wigan defender deservedly getting his marching orders for a second yellow.[LNB] Converted: Matthew Etherington puts Stoke in front[LNB]16.15: GOAL! West Brom 0-1 STOKE[LNB]Kenwyne Jones does well to win a penalty in terms of drawing a foul from Scott Carson after simply tapping the ball away from him.[LNB]Matthew Etherington ignores Carson's gamesmanship to convert his penalty.[LNB]16.14: PENALTY (Stoke)[LNB]16.12: GOAL! Bolton 3-1 NEWCASTLE[LNB]Could they? Andy Carroll takes a break from heading goals to this time us his foot skills in hitting a neat finish past Jussi Jaaskelainen. [LNB]16.10: GOAL! BOLTON 3-0 Newcastle[LNB]The Premier League's most improved player by a mile. Johan Elmander links up brilliantly with Davies in a neat passing move before expertly tucking the ball past Tim Krul.[LNB]16.09: Nothing at the Hawthorns, in fact we have just had two shots on goal and none on target.[LNB]16.06: Remember the day Manchester United fans, InfoStradaLive inform us that we can next expect a goal from Evra in 2014. His three top flight goals have been scored in March 2003, November 2006 and today.[LNB]16.03: Away we go again...[LNB]15.55: Quick shout for Owen Coyle and Bolton before we get back underway.[LNB]If all scores stay the same they go level on points with Manchester City in fourth and go just six points behind leaders Chelsea, they are flying.[LNB]15.48: Half-time in the Premier League, bad day so far for away sides. Spurs have shown what you can do in the second-half though.[LNB] Heads up: Evra pounces for Manchester United before half-time[LNB]15.46: GOAL! MANCHESTER UNITED 1-0 Wigan[LNB]What a time to score, Ji-Sung Park hits a delicious ball in to the box with Patrice Evra of all people on hand to head home at the far post.[LNB]15.44: GOAL! BLACKPOOL 2-0 Wolves[LNB]Hahnemann will be claiming he is fouled but either way the Blackpool bandwagon rolls on. The Wolves keeper comes for the corner but makes a meal of it with Marlon Harewood on hand to pick up the pieces and fire home. Whether it is a foul i will need another look, either way Blackpool are 2-0 up and cruising.[LNB] Opportunistic: Lee (right) celebrates doubling Bolton's lead[LNB]15.40: GOAL! BOLTON 2-0 Newcastle[LNB]The Trotters are flying! Matthew Taylor's free-kick crashes against the bar but Lee Chung-Yong is on hand to take advantage and double the lead.[LNB]15.38: Foster is beaten, but this time it's the crossbar saving Birmingham from Drogba's header.[LNB]15.36: Another Chelsea shot another superb save from Foster.[LNB]Drogba's free-kick is deflected and the keeper does well to adjust to produce another fine save.[LNB]15.33: Giles Barnes has come in for West Brom and really started well here, his crosses are giving the Stoke defence something to think about and only a Ryan Shawcross header prevents one going in via the head of Peter Odemwingie.[LNB]15.31: If Foster wants to fight for his England place, he is going the right way about it, Chelsea are all over Birmingham and if anyone but Foster was in goal a goal would be inevitable.[LNB]You do wonder how much longer he can keep them out though.[LNB]15.29: For you stats fans out there, opta have informed us Chelsea have become the 27th different club to concede a goal to Lee Bowyer in the Premier League.[LNB] Shock: Bowyer puts away a rare Birmingham chance[LNB]15.26: What save this is! Nicolas Anelka clips a lovely ball for Didier Drogba in the box but Foster is again on guard and dives to his left to expertly tip it away.[LNB]15.23: Bad news for Stoke, after 11 minutes in that game Jermaine Pennant had to go off injured with Tuncay Sanli replacing him. Game still to catch light at the Hawthorns.[LNB]15.19 GOAL! BIRMINGHAM 1-0 Chelsea[LNB]What a turn up this is! Against the run of play Lee Bowyer has scored his first goal since December after locking on to Cameron Jerome's header to finish inside the box.[LNB]Mistake: Nolan reacts after giving away a penalty[LNB]15.19: GOAL! BOLTON 1-0 Newcastle[LNB]Kevin Nolan has handled the ball for a stonewall penalty with Kevin Davies tucking the spot-kick away.[LNB]15.18: PENALTY (Bolton Wanderers)[LNB]15.17. Just that wonder strike so far in the Premier league, judging by recent weeks though, this is the calm before the storm.[LNB]15.13: Bigger bonus for Luke Varney, his stunning strike was right in front of man of the moment Prince William who is at Bloomfield Road today.[LNB]A goal good enough to greet any member of the Royal Family that.[LNB]15.10: I just don't understand Wigan, one minute they are the league's whipping boys next they are an absolute menace to any team.[LNB]Moments after Ali Al Habsi does well to stop a Nani free-kick, the Latics counter with Hugo Rodallega leaving Nemanja Vidic for dead before Edwin van der Sar produces a fine stop.[LNB]15.08: Chelsea should be in front, Salomon Kalou is put clean through on goal but , Ben Foster is out to narrow the angle and produce a fine stop.  A let-off for McLeish's side.[LNB] Royal approval: Prince William was greeted by a wonder goal at Bloomfield Road[LNB]15.06: Top start from Wigan, Charles N'Zogbia is causing problems early on and his run and cross leads to Jordi Gomez firing just over the bar.[LNB]15.04: GOAL! BLACKPOOL 1-0 Wolves[LNB]Goal of the season contender for sure. Luke Varney has taken the ball on the wing and from what must be 30 yards hits an unbelievable volley that has Marcus Hahnemann diving at thin air, astonishing![LNB]15.01: We are underway...[LNB]15.00: For Birmingham, Craig Gardner has failed to overcome an injury with lee Bowyer coming in City's only change from the draw at Manchester City.[LNB]Paulo Ferreira comes in at right-back and Salomon Kalou replaces the injured Yury Zhirkov, in the only changes from the side that lost 3-0 to Sunderland.[LNB]14.58: Teams are out around the country...[LNB]14.55: Wayne Rooney is on the bench for Manchester United for the first time since the contract saga that ended with the striker signing a new five-year deal.[LNB]Dimitar Berbatov is a surprise absentee and Sir Alex Ferguson began with Federico Macheda and Gabriel Obertan in an inexperienced attack as United looked to maintain their unbeaten season in the league.[LNB]Wigan, who begin a point off the relegation zone, have Steven Caldwell coming into defence to replace his injured brother Gary.[LNB]14.51: Andy Carroll shrugged off his midweek England exertions to line up for Newcastle at the Reebok Stadium today as the Magpies looked to return to winning ways.[LNB]Former Trotters hero Kevin Nolan returns as captain as boss Chris Hughton made two changes to the side that drew with Fulham last weekend, with Alan Smith and Shola Ameobi both returning.[LNB]Bolton were unsurprisingly unchanged from last week's 3-2 win at Wolves, with in-form striker Johan Elmander looking to improve on his six goals already this season.[LNB]14.47: In my intro i suggested it would be very close across the board. I admit Manchester United v Wigan is the anomaly there.[LNB]Still, Spurs coming from behind to beat Arsenal away for the first time in many years has laid the foundations for what could be a day of shocks in the Premier League.[LNB]14.44: Last but not least: [LNB]Bolton v NewcastleBolton: Jaaskelainen, Ricketts, Cahill, Knight, Robinson, Lee, Muamba, Holden, Taylor, Elmander, Kevin Davies. Matt Jarvis is cleared to play despite being hampered this week by a calf injury.[LNB]14.35: West Brom boss Roberto Di Matteo made three changes to his side for the visit of Stoke to The Hawthorns this afternoon in the Barclays Premier League.Giles Barnes comes in for Chris Brunt, who had picked up a groin injury while on international duty with Northern Ireland on Wednesday.[LNB]Gonzalo Jara returns after serving a three-match suspension and Marek Cech was also named in the Baggies first XI, with Nicky Shorey and Steven Reid dropping to the bench.[LNB]Tony Pulis keeps faith with the same Potters team which had defeated Liverpool 2-0.[LNB]14.33: Here is four of them:[LNB]Birmingham v ChelseaBirmingham: Foster, Carr, Johnson, Dann, Ridgewell, Larsson, Ferguson, Bowyer, Fahey, Jerome, Zigic. Just six points separate Bolton in the last guaranteed European spot in fifth and Birmingham in 18th the relegation zone.
