Pirlo in dark over future

AC Milan playmaker Andrea Pirlo insists he is in the dark over his future amid reports of interest from Chelsea. Pirlo, who has just returned from Italy's miserable Confederations Cup campaign, is reported to be a summer transfer target for the Blues. With former Milan boss Carlo Ancelotti at the helm of the Stamford Bridge outfit, a number of Rossoneri players have been linked with the Premier League side. Club president Silvio Berlusconi admitted at the weekend that the World Cup-winner's San Siro future was in some doubt. But Pirlo claims he has been told nothing by the club's hierarchy about next season or any reported interest from Chelsea. He told the Italian press: "Berlusconi says it's difficult keeping me? I don't know. For the moment I'm a Milan player and I'm happy here. "Joining Ancelotti at Chelsea? I don't know. I'm owned by Milan. "Now I am going on holiday."
