Op fear for Cole

Chelsea midfielder Joe Cole may require surgery on his troublesome foot injury as he struggles to return to full fitness.
The former West Ham United star has started only one Premiership game this season after enduring an injury-ravaged spell since representing England in the World Cup finals in the summer.
He suffered a stress fracture of the foot against Manchester United last month and is still wearing a surgical boot.
Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho told The Sun: "With this injury, sometimes the medical philosophy is for surgery, while some other medical philosophy is to wait for the bone to heal.
"But, at the moment, I don't know how long Joe Cole will be out."
