Neymar signs new deal with Santos in Chelsea and Manchester City blow

Neymar has signed a new deal with Santos in a move that ends recent speculation over a move to Real Madrid or Manchester City.[LNB]Recent reports had suggested that the 19-year-old Brazilian was set to move to Spain in 2012 while City were said to be ready to hijack the move.
