Newcastle v Chelsea under threat as severe weather bites leading to pitch inspection

This afternoon's Premier League match between Newcastle and Chelsea in in doubt after severe leashed the north east of England overnight. [LNB]The pair are due to kick off at 1.30pm at St James' Park.
