Cole hit the headlines last week when it was revealed he sent naked pictures of himself to glamour girl Sonia Wild, but the 29-year-old explained away his antics by saying he was merely "larking about".
That explanation has been undermined by reports Cole sent a second woman more than 300 texts from the same phone - including more revealing photos of himself.
The Sun claims many of the texts were sent on Friday and Saturday nights, during which time Cole's wife Cheryl was busy filming the X Factor.
The unnamed woman, who also works as a secretary, reportedly stored the messages on her phone and has revealed all to the newspaper.
Cole, who is out of action for three months after breaking his ankle, now appears to be facing fresh scandal in his private life and a fight to save his marriage.
In 2007, the Chelsea star had a one-night stand with a hairdresser called Aimee Walton, but Cheryl forgave him and decided to take him back.
