Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has reiterated his claim that he will be at Stamford Bridge next season by intimating that he will see out his contract which runs until 2010.
The Blues boss has been tipped to quit the Premiership champions at the end of the campaign over rumours of discontent between the dressing room and board room.
But despite stopping short of pledging his 100 per cent commitment, Mourinho has again hinted that he will stay at the club beyond the end of the current campaign.
"I don't have to be confident I am staying. I have a contract until 2010, which is important," he told the BBC's Match of the Day programme.
"I am manager today, I am the manager until the end of the season and I believe I will be the manager until the end of 2010.
"If I believe what I read in the press there are 11 candidates for my job but I don't get influenced by that."
Mourinho has also insisted that speculation suggesting he has fallen out with Chelsea owner AS Roman Abramovich are untrue.
The Russian billionaire has missed some of his club's recent matches, but Mourinho claims his other business interests are behind the absence.
"The only thing I can tell you 100 per cent is everyone at this club wants to win," he added.
"So when I read a few things suggesting we are not on the same side, it's completely untrue. We all want to win.
"Yes we speak. He speaks to me and to (chief executive) Peter Kenyon.
"AS Roman is not in London for quite a long time. But he is chairman of this club and he doesn't have to give any explanations about his personal life - and when he is back he is always welcome in our dressing room."
