Milan fire Pato warning

AC Milan have told interested parties not to waste their time by making offers for Alexandre Pato. Reports have claimed that Chelsea are preparing a bid of €60million (£50.9m) to lure the Brazilian to Stamford Bridge, where he would be reunited with Carlo Ancelotti. But Milan general manager Adriano Galliani insists such a proposal would be turned down as Pato remains a key part of boss Leonardo's plans. Galliani maintains that the 'monster offer' they rejected from an English club last week exceeded the €60million figure. "We previously received a superior offer to this one and we already said no to that, so the answer would be no," he confirmed. Pato is under contract with the Rossoneri until 2012, having joined the club two years ago.
