Milan adamant over Pirlo

AC Milan general manager Adriano Galliani is '99.99 per cent' certain Andrea Pirlo will remain at the club. The Italy international continues to be linked with a move to Chelsea, where former Rossoneri boss Carlo Ancelotti is now in charge. The World Cup-winning midfielder insists he has no desire to leave Giuseppe Meazza this summer, but that has done little to curb the ongoing speculation regarding his future. Milan, though, insist the player is not for sale and have made it clear that any approach for Pirlo will be knocked back. "We have not received any offers for him (Pirlo)," said Galliani. "But if we did, we would return them to the sender. He (Pirlo) will remain at Milan, 99.99 per cent."
