CHARLTON 2-1 Watford Having taken the lead, Watford fall behind. That man Kandol burns the Hornets' defence again to head home. 15.34: GOAL! CRYSTAL PALACE 2-1 Preston Paul Ifill gets behind the full back, crosses and Neil Dannis ghosts in between two defenders to give Palace the lead. 15.32: GOAL! CRYSTAL PALACE 1-1 Preston Great finish off the far post from Anthony Stokes to level things up. Is it the written in stone that Preston can't keep a clean sheet? 15.30: GOAL! Crystal Palace 0-1 PRESTON Notoriously poor travellers Preston take the lead at Selhurst Park. Billy Jones finishes off the first piece of decent football in the game. 15.29: GOAL! CARDIFF 2-0 Doncaster Jay Bothroyd fires home a stunner to double the Bluebirds' lead. 15.22: GOAL! CHARLTON 1-1 Watford Tresor Kandol makes the most of a shambles in Watford's defence. PLYMOUTH 1-0 Reading Paul Gallagher gives Plymouth a great start as they look to earn their third victory on the bounce. 15.17: GOAL! Charlton 0-1 WATFORD Watford have not won at The Valley since 1974, but they may have put another nail in Charlton's relegation coffin, as Don Cowie has finished with aplomb. 15.15: Notts Forest 0-0 Swansea Swansea playing the better football early on, but not too much in the way of goalmouth action. 15.10: GOAL! CARDIFF 1-0 Doncaster Michael Chopra nets his eighth goal of the season with a good finish. Cardiff looking to go to the top flight for the first time since 1962. 15.05: GOAL! Sheffield Wednesday 0-1 WOLVES He did it in midweek at Crystal Palace and he's done it again this afternoon. Sylvan Ebanks-Blake nets for Wolves. Wednesday defence caught napping and are looking very shaky. Early days, but the Championship leaders look in confident mood. 15.03: GOAL! SUNDERLAND 1-0 Tottenham Just one game in the Premier League today and there's a super start from Sunderland. Kieren Richardson dinks the ball into the net to give the home side the lead. Neat finish. 15.00:  Derby 2-1 Bristol City What a job Nigel Clough is doing at Pride Park. Derby are now eight points clear of the relegation zone. 15.00:  Derby 2-1 Bristol City What a job Nigel Clough is doing at Pride Park. Derby are now eight points clear of the relegation zone. 14.55: FULL-TIME at Derby. Rob Hulse's strike, his 15th of the season, settles an action-packed last ten minutes at Pride Park to cancel out Gavin Williams' equaliser. The hosts jump up one place to 15th... for the next 90 minutes at least, where I will hand you over to one of my Sportsmail colleagues. Thank you. 14.50: With a minute to go, Derby midfielder Nacer Barazite intelligently opts to waste time in the corner. 14.47: GOAL! The disappointment doesn't last too long for the hosts as Rob Hulse converts Gary Teale's cross from six-yards out to almost instantly get Clough's side back into the lead. What a finish. What next? 14.44: GOAL! Bristol City are back on level terms and this time Williams comes out on top in the battle between the former colleagues, beating Bywater with his effort from just outside the box. 1-1 with less than ten minutes to play. 14.39: Not long left at Pride Park where the sides are still separated by Chris Porter's early strike. But Bristol City continue to press for a share of the spoils as boss Gary Johnson brings on Peter Styvar in place of a frustrated Maynard. Moments before, Gavin Williams tests his former West Ham team-mate Stephen Bywater with a 25-yard volley but the keeper is equal to it. 14.30: TEAMS NEWS FROM THE STADIUM OF LIGHT Sunderland: Fulop, Bardsley, Ben-Haim, Collins, McCartney, Malbranque, Whitehead, Richardson, Reid, Jones, Cisse. Subs: Gordon, Edwards, Murphy, Leadbitter, Davenport, Healy, McShane. Tottenham: Gomes, Corluka, Woodgate, King, Chimbonda, Lennon,Jenas, Palacios, Modric, Bent, Keane. Subs: Cudicini, Zokora, Bentley, Huddlestone, Pavlyuchenko, Dawson, O'Hara. Referee: Phil Dowd (Staffordshire) 14.25: Nacer Barazite goes close for Derby as Adriano Basso does well to deny to hosts a second. 14.22: FULL-TIME All over at the Ricoh Arena as Chelsea, still unbeaten under Hiddink, record their sixth straight win to book their place in the semi-final at Wembley thanks to strikes from Didier Drogba and Alex. The hosts and 1987 winners, who gave a fine account of themselves this afternoon with a performance to take heart from, are left to focus on life in the Championship after a colourful FA Cup run this season. 14.20: Gunnarsson wins a corner off Ashley Cole to which Eastwood's long-drifted corner is eventually cleared to safety. 14.19: Three minutes of stoppage time. That's three added minutes for Chelsea fans to plan their day out at Wembley next month. 14.18: Coventry look to test Chelsea on the counter but Cech's clears the danger after Lampard's free-kick from the far side of the field almost comes back to haunt him. 14.15: 'Tonight, Matthew, I'm going to be Rory Delap...' Well Gunnarsson is certainly giving the Stoke throw-in specialist a run for his money. His long-arm shows no signs of abating. but nor do Chelsea's bullish defence. 14.11: Clinton Morrison appeals in vain for a penalty. Difficult one to call for Bennett as Alex lunges but had he awarded a spot kick, it would have been a tad harsh. Henderson immediately follows up the attack with a long-range piledriver. But it  was always going to require more to beat a keeper of Cech's calibre from distance. 14.09: Goal scorer Didier Drogba comes of for a deserved rest, ten minutes before time presumably to keep him fresh for their mid-week Champions league encounter against Juventus in Turin. 14.07: This one may well be beyond the reach of Coventry but Kieran Westwood refuses to give up hope. the promising Republic of Ireland prospect foils Lampard on the edge of the area to deny Chelsea a third. Counter-fit: Alex completes a brilliant Chelsea counter attack to beat Westwood and send Chelsea marching towards a Wembley semi-final next month 14.01: GOAL! And that is all she wrote (whoever 'she' is). Fantastic counter attack from Chelsea who stun a drawn-in Coventry. The visitors break superbly in the space of three passes. Drogba combines with the brilliant Quaresma who crafts in a pin-point delivery to the advancing Alex. With a clear sight on goal the defender, who had only just come back onto the pitch after a slight knock, makes no mistake from inside the box. Coventry need a miracle now. Chelsea heading to Wembley. Que se ra... 13.56: The home fans are considerably lifted as Chelsea feel the pressure from the long arms of Gunnarsson - the 'Delap-idator' of the Championship - who delivers two deep throw-ins in succession to threaten Cech's net. The second was more notable with Best inches away from grabbing a decisive touch on goal. Welcome back: Michael Essien makes his highly-anticipated first team return 13.54: A welcome sight and a rapturous reception from the visiting enclosure in appreciation of the returning Michael Essien who replaces John Obi Mikel - this his first appearance since the end of August last year. 13.48: First roll of the dice from Chris Coleman. The Championship manager of the month for February hauls off Michael Doyle to bring in 29-year-old French midfielder Guillaume Beuzelin to add a bit more flair. They need it if they are to nick an equaliser. 13.45: HALF-TIME at Pride Park as Derby lead Bristol City 1-0 courtesy of Porter's quick-fire opener after 52 seconds. At the Ricoh, Stephen Wright somehow escapes a caution after his unforgiving aerial challenge on Malouda that leaves the winger wincing on the ground. Ouch! 13.38: Good pressure from Bristol City, meanwhile, at Pride Park but Stern John is flagged offside as the visitors continue to search for an equaliser before the break. 13.35: Great start from Chelsea, looking to double their lead. Quaresma, on his FA Cup debut, finds space well before flighting in an uncomfortable cross for the Coventry defence to deal with as Drogba finds his way through to toe-poke wide. 13.33: Chelsea get the second 45 back underway at the Ricoh as Hiddink makes one change at the break, introducing on-loan Inter Milan winger Ricardo Quaresma in place of Kalou. 13.25: Derby looking good for their lead so far but Nicky Maynard is making himself a nuisance for the visitors but in Stephen Bywater the former Crewe striker has found an able nemesis. 13.19: HALF-TIME at the Ricoh Arena, where Didier Drogba's goal after quarter of hour separates the two sides. Chelsea have been the better and another goal after the interval will surely kill this tie off. But Coventry won't give up hope just yet. 13.17: That's better, Bennett. Great example of refereeing as Gunnarsson's rugged challenge on Lampard is overlooked in favour of playing the advantage, which Drogba wastes with a miscued effort wide on goal, before returning to issue the midfielder with a stern warning for next time. Credit where it's due. 13.13: Frustration from Kalou as referee Steve Bennett fails to spot Hall's foul on the attacker. Directly in front of him. Coventry lucky to survive what should have been another Lampard free-kick from what would have been a favourable position indeed. 13.08: Back to the Ricoh and it's a marvellous agile save from Westwood to deny Frank Lampard's thunderous, moving free-kick. Almost straight after, Freddy Eastwood tests Cech with his own searing effort but the Blues No 1 gathers it with relative ease. 13.01: GOAL! Give us a chance Chris Porter. Clough's January recruit from Motherwell  graces the scoresheet after just 52 seconds, by which time Bristol City keeper Basso had just tightened the straps on his gloves. Great start for Derby. 13.00: And the early Championship fixture is underway as Nigel Clough's side look to climb further away from trouble with a home win while the Gary Johnson's hosts will be hoping three points will put them back into the promotion picture. 12.58: TEAM NEWS FROM PRIDE PARK Derby: Bywater, Connolly, Albrechtsen, Nyatanga, McEveley, Barazite, Sterjovski, Savage, Teale, Hulse, Porter. Subs: Carroll, Kazmierczak, Ellington, Villa, Todd. Bristol City: Basso, Orr, Carey, McCombe, Fontaine, McAllister, Williams, Johnson, McIndoe, Maynard, John. Subs: Weale, Styvar, Sproule, James Wilson, Akinde. Referee: Keith Stroud (Hampshire) 12.57: Moment of brilliance there from Leon Best who sets pulses racing among the home faithful. The speedy striker surges from the halfway line to mug Alex twice, then turning Terry before painstakingly thundering his effort well over the Cech's crossbar. Deserved better. The hosts won't get too many chances like those either. 12.55: Take that Obi Mikel. Cech races out to clear his lines but pole-axes his Chelsea colleague with an almighty fisticuff. The midfielder looks on stunned from the floor as an eventual needless tackle on Kalou from Michael Turner brings a halt in play. 12.50: Chelsea's quality really starting to shine now, over-stretching the hosts with Bosingwa and Kalou particularly impressing on the right. Nice touch in the Drogba goal celebration as the players gathered round the returning Essien. Ahh. Bless. 12.48: GOAL! And there it is, Didier Drogba puts Chelsea into the lead. Three in four for the Ivorian striker who takes advantage of some pretty woeful defending before rounding Westwood and firing it home under pressure to cue high five's in the directors' box from owner Roman Abramovich and his pals. Can Coventry respond? 12.43: Ten minutes in and the Championship side are giving a fairly decent account of themselves, while Chelsea (on Hiddink's FA Cup debut) appear more than comfortable soaking up the early pressure. 12.40: Great example of how not to shoot from Jose Bosingwa. Great work from the full-back down the right to get past Marcus Hall but his snap-shot sails well wide. 12.38: Good pressure from Coventry who pile forward until Michael Doyle up-ends Frank Lampard to gift the visitors a reprieve with a free-kick. 12.35: The hosts get an early wake-up call. Petr Cech long-ball finds Dider Drogba, who turns Scott Dann inside-out before lashing a fierce shot just inches wide of the post. Close shave indeed. 12.33: The Sky Blues get us underway and Ashley Cole is immediately jeered by the home fans. Coventry looking really up for this one. 12.30: Out come the teams to a wonderful atmosphere at the sold-out Ricoh Arena. Coventry, unbeaten in February, host an FA Cup quarter-final clash for the first time in 11 years against an in-form Chelsea side, who are yet to taste defeat under the guidance of Guus. A sem-final trip to Wembley awaits the winners. Who said the magic was dead and buried? 12.20: After his £164,000 ticking off from manager Guus Hiddink, bad boy defender Ashley Cole gets the nod in the Chelsea starting XI today alongside his partner in crime John Terry. Michael Mancienne, however, pays the price for the trio's mid-week and has to settle for a place on the bench. There is good news for Blues fans in the return of midfielder Michael Essien, who has been out for six months with knee ligament damage, also included among the subs. The hosts, meanwhile, welcome back long-serving defender Marcus Hall was in placeof the injured set piece specialist Daniel Fox. And masked striker Leon Best, who scored the winner against Blackburn in the fifth round, has battled a throat infection to boosts Coventry's chances this afternoon. 12.10: TEAM NEWS FROM THE RICOH ARENA Coventry: Westwood, Wright, Dann, Turner, Hall, Henderson, Gunnarsson, Doyle, Eastwood, Best, Morrison. Subs: Marshall, Ward, Beuzelin, Osbourne, McPake, Simpson, Thornton. Chelsea: Cech, Bosingwa, Terry, Alex, Ashley Cole, Lampard, Mikel, Ballack, Malouda, Drogba, Kalou. Subs: Hilario, Essien, Carvalho, Di Santo, Quaresma, Belletti, Mancienne. Referee: Steve Bennett (Kent) 12.00: Afternoon all. Coventry face Chelsea at the Ricoh Arena in the first of two FA Cup quarter-finals today, while at 3pm Sunderland play Tottenham in the day's only Premier League clash. We'll also have goal updates from the Championship.
