Roberto Mancini still believes Chelsea will once again be crowned Premier League champions this season as they are the "strongest team".[LNB] The Manchester City manager claims that technically only Arsenal are on a par with the West London giants.[LNB]But the Eastlands boss has further fuelled the hostility between the Manchester clubs by not mentioning Sir Alex Ferguson's United side.[LNB]The Italian believes Carlo Ancelotti's side are far superior in the physical aspects of their game to the Gunners, which he believes gives Chelsea the edge.[LNB]He said: "Chelsea are the strongest team in the Premier League.[LNB]"Technically, only Arsenal are on a par with them, but Chelsea have greater physical power. That is the only difference and what gives Chelsea the edge."[LNB]Although City got the better of Chelsea a fortnight ago with a 1-0 win at Eastlands, Mancini claims Ancelotti will be celebrating a second straight title.[LNB]"After the game against Chelsea I said to Ancelotti, 'I beat you, but you will win the Premier League so you are better off than me'," said Mancini.[LNB]"I still think Chelsea will win the title."
