Manchester United and Chelsea check out QPR wonderkid Raheem Sterling's England bow

Scouts from Manchester United and Chelsea are expected to be among those crammed into Chester's Deva Stadium when 14-year-old Queens Park Rangers star Raheem Sterling turns out for his country. The striker is set to make his debut for England's Under 16s against Northern Ireland on Thursday night and he is already on the radar of a number of Barclays Premier League clubs. Raheem has been with Rangers since he was 10 years old and the club's head of development Steve Gallen told the London Evening Standard: 'I'm not one bit bothered about the other clubs. Rising star: Raheem Sterling could soon be rubbing shoulders with the likes of Kaspars Gorkss (centre, No 13) in the QPR first team Sterling 'QPR are a big club and at no stage has he said he wants to go. 'It is a big ambition of his to represent England. I'm just really pleased he can do that while playing for QPR. 'He has loads of natural ability. This boy can pass, shoot, head it, score goals, tackle, defend, anything. He will be in our reserves quite soon and we will protect him from there.' Sterling, who is 15 next month, has already trained with the first-team.  LEO'S LONDON: West Ham beware, the money men are out to take advantageAs Keane and Clough face up, what became of the rest of Clough's boys?Charles Sale: Poppies growing on Premier League clubsCHECK OUT QPR'S PROGRESS IN OUR STATS ZONE  Explore more:Places:Northern Ireland, United Kingdom
