Lucas Piazon admits it could take him a while to settle into life at Chelsea when he leaves Brazil next year.

The Sao Paulo forward will join the Blues in January when he turns 18 after a deal, which could rise to ?8million, was agreed.

Piazon passed a medical in London last month but remains slightly wary of making such a big move at so young an age.

He said: 'I know it's not easy to succeed in England as you can have many problems with climate, foods and style of play.

'There is a possibility I could join another club on loan to gain experience. Language is not a problem as I've learned at school.

'I know Chelsea will help me with all aspects.'

Piazon starred for Brazil as they won the South American Under 17 Championship and he was the top scorer in the 2009 Under 15 version, hitting 10 goals - twice as many as his nearest rival - when the Samba starlets finished runners-up behind Paraguay.
