Lampard coy on Inter link

Chelsea midfielder Frank Lampard has refused to rule out a reported summer move to Internazionale.

The England international has been linked with a move to the Italian side throughout the summer and the appointment of former Chelsea boss Jose Mourinho to the San Siro hot-seat has seen the reports gather further pace.

The 30-year-old midfielder has been locked in protracted contract negotiations at Stamford Bridge for the past 12 months and has yet to put pen to paper on a new deal.

But although denying reports that he was in Italy to discuss a move to Inter, the former West Ham United midfielder refused to categorically rule out a move to the Serie A champions.

He said: "Inter? Let's wait and see. For the moment I am here on holiday with my family.

"My future at Chelsea? I don't know anything yet.

"Italy is a beautiful country but I am not due to meet anyone here."
