Lescott: suffered from boos[LNB]Frank Lampard has told Joleon Lescott he must shrug off the Wembley boo-boys and keep giving his all to become a successful England international. [LNB]Manchester City's new £22million centre half was booed by a section of the crowd when he replaced Matthew Upson for the last 26 minutes of Saturday's friendly win over Slovenia. [LNB]Chelsea star Lampard, who has won his own battle against a section of the England fans, said: 'Everyone in their England career has ups and downs. David Beckham is probably the ideal story. Sometimes he's had stick but now he's the hero, and quite rightly because he keeps coming back and gives his all for his country. [LNB]'I think it's modern culture. I've had a little bit of it, Ashley Cole had a little bit of it. The only benefit is that people will come out of it stronger. Once you come through it, it makes you tougher. [LNB]'You get the adulation that comes with playing for England which is probably superior to anything else. So there's both sides of the coin. I don't know Joleon well but from what I've seen he's quite tough.'[LNB] Let's stub out Bilic fire: Frank Lampard plans to ambush his old pal Slaven Aaron Lennon set to get the nod over Wright-Phillips for Croatia clash It's payback time: Lampard targets Wembley revenge against CroatiaFabio Capello key to England World Cup glory: Steven Gerrard insists coach's winning mentality has rubbed offEngland don't care about Croatia revenge: The World Cup is the only thing that matters, insists David Beckham[LNB] [LNB]  Explore more:People:Matthew Upson, David Beckham, Ashley Cole, Frank Lampard, Joleon LescottPlaces:Slovenia, United Kingdom
