Kenyon - Terry not for sale

Chelsea chief executive Peter Kenyon has reiterated that John Terry is committed to the Premier League club. Manchester City recently saw a second offer to sign the defender rejected by the Blues, although the bid remains on the table. New Chelsea head coach Carlo Ancelotti made it clear on Monday that the side's skipper remains an integral part of his plans. Kenyon has echoed the Italian's viewpoint and is hopeful the rumours surrounding Terry's future will soon cease. "He [Terry] is not available at any price," Kenyon said in The Independent. "He's got a three-year contract. He's told us he doesn't want to go and we don't want him to go. End of story." It is suggested in Tuesday's press that Chelsea are keen for England international Terry to release a statement outlining his intentions to stay at Stamford Bridge.
