Juventus have completed the signing of Brazil playmaker Diego from Werder Bremen in a £21million deal.   The 24-year-old - who has been linked with Chelsea and Manchester City - has penned a five-year contract with the Turin giants and will officially move to the Bianconeri at the end of the season. 'I am enthusiastic and delighted to be a part of such a prestigious club,' said Diego, whose contract at Werder Bremen was due to run until June 2011.   'I have dreamed of this moment since I was a child. After an experience in Portugal and in the Bundesliga, I will be able to prove my worth at a high level but difficult competition.   If you can't beat them, sign them: Bremen are pondering a move for UEFA Cup winner Jadson 'It is the right time for me to take this important step and I am convinced that at Juventus I will be able to achieve great results.' Bremen could replace him like for like with the man who authored their destruction in the UEFA Cup final. They are lining up an £8m move for Shakhtar Donetsk's Brazilian playmaker Jadson, who scored and was named man of the match in last week's final in Istanbul, but the Ukrainians will try to resist any approach. Bremen could also used the cash to bankroll a move for Claudio Pizarro - who top-scored for the club on loan from Chelsea this season - but the Peruvian was not the most popular player at the Bundesliga side.
