So there is a lot of respect there.  [LNB]'I met Claudio once or twice - he is a very decent and accessible person. That's the only thing I can say about him.'  [LNB]Hiddink has undertaken his Chelsea duties alongside his position as Russia coach and is confident he can perform both in tandem.   [LNB]But the Dutchman admits he would not have agreed to succeed Luiz Felipe Scolari had it not been for his relationship with Chelsea owner Roman Abramovich.   [LNB]'I know the Russia squad. The squad of Russia is 95% known, unless there are unexpected injuries,' he said.  [LNB]'I have a lot of information, I have very good assistants who will inform me every three days.   [LNB]'There are two games in March and then we can focus on the game in June, when the English league is finished.   [LNB]'It was not an easy decision to make to join Chelsea. The owner supports Russian football a lot and when they had to fill this gap, I had to think about it.   [LNB]'I did it just because of the existing relationship between Russian football and Chelsea. If it had been another club, I would have said no.  [LNB]'It has always been an ambition of mine to coach in the Premier League but I was never asked. I'm still a young coach, so please ask me!'  [LNB] Hiddink has been busy swatting up on his playing resources at Stamford Bridge - with help from assistant Ray Wilkins.   [LNB]'You know the bigger players, especially the ones who are dominating at international level,' he said.  [LNB]'But it's always important to know the less well-known players and their position in the squad as well.   [LNB]'I get my information from Ray Wilkins, who is very well respected, and he has given me very good information about players who are less well known.'[LNB] [LNB]
