Chelsea captain John Terry has stressed that his team-mates are determined to ensure manager Guus Hiddink's final game in charge ends in FA Cup glory. Hiddink, who took over at Stamford Bridge in February, is set to oversee the Blues for the last time when his side tackle Everton at Wembley on Saturday. Much speculation surrounds who will replace the Russia manager, but defender Terry insists Chelsea are focused solely on finishing the season with silverware. "We are not thinking about the new regime at all," said Terry. "We don't want to disrespect the current manager and so we are fully focused on the FA Cup. "I am sure there maybe a few chats after the game with the people upstairs, but they are the ones making the decisions. As a group of players, we get on with it and we do what we can on the pitch. "We will get this game out the way and go away in the summer. I am sure there will be loads of speculation in the summer. For us, as players, it would be lovely to win the cup, go away and not read anything and not hear anything about Chelsea or football. "We don't know who is coming in and we don't know what regime he is going to bring in. But at the minute we don't really care about that. We care about Guus Hiddink. He is the man in charge. "All the players understand why he has to go and they admire him for sticking to his word. "He has thoroughly enjoyed it and he has said that to us. We all want him to stay - the players and the fans - and it is a shame he is going but there is only one way to send him off and that is by winning the trophy. "It is massively important to win some silverware because if we went another season without winning something it would be a bad couple of seasons. "We owe it to ourselves as a group of players and to our fans, who have supported us through thick and thin during difficult times over the last couple of years. We should be winning trophies with the players we have got."
