Jose seeks winning mentality

Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho has called for his players to show their character in the closing four games of the season, despite already starting to plan for next term. The Blues' Champions League exit at the hands of Liverpool in midweek ended hopes of a quadruple, but Chelsea still have an outside chance of a third straight Premiership crown and also have an FA Cup final against Manchester United to look forward to. Mourinho said: "Our team is full of winners and you don't become a loser just because you lost an important game, or are not as successful as you were in previous seasons. "Winners are always winners and the mentality is inside. The future is more important than the past, as it is when we win, but when we lose, we have even more reason to say it strongly. "We are having our meetings and I have been speaking with players. I was trying to explain the vision of the future and the vision for next season. "We already have the pre-season plans on the walls of the dressing room so they can think about it. But this season is not over. "We have four matches to play, four matches where we can win two more trophies. "We can win one or we can win none, but we have four matches to play and I think it is very, very important to show the nature of the players and their mentality."
