Jose Mourinho has admitted his job is being made more difficult by the constant speculation surrounding his Chelsea future.
The Portuguese coach has once again been linked with a summer move to Real Madrid amid constant rumours of a feud with Chelsea owner AS Roman Abramovich.
Mourinho insists he wants to see out his contract and remain at Chelsea until 2010, but has conceded the speculation surrounding his future has had an unsettling effect on the club.
"It is harder to work and to achieve results for a team that does not have peace," said Mourinho, whose team have already won the Carling Cup this season and are still battling on the Premiership, FA Cup and Champions League fronts.
"At Manchester United, there is tranquility. Arsenal will not win anything this year but they also live in peace and without any doubts over their future.
"The same can be said for Liverpool, who have new owners and everyone is talking about their future in positive terms, focusing on the amount of money that (Rafael) Benitez will have in his hands to strengthen the team.
"By contrast, the other day I was calculating the number of coaches who have been named as Chelsea's new manager for next season.
"We're up to 13. The latest name was Mark Hughes, who appeared last week."
