John Terry and Wayne Bridge will 'sort themselves out', says John Obi Mikel

Tomorrow's match will be the first time the two have come face to face since allegations that Bridge's former girlfriend - and the mother of his son - Vanessa Perroncel had an affair with Terry. Bridge's announcement yesterday that he does not want to be selected for England duty at World Cup 2010, effectively retiring from international football, explaining that his position in the squad was now "untenable and potentially divisive", has only intensified media attention.  Related ArticlesChelsea v Manchester City: previewCapello refuses to discount Bridge entirelyTerry lands Bridge in the unwanted spotlightTimeline: Capello's unhappy new yearCarlo Ancelotti on John Terry v Wayne BridgeBridge decision a relief for CapelloIt has been reported that Bridge will refuse to shake Terry's hand at Stamford Bridge, before and after the match, but Mikel, who played alongside both players before Bridge's switch to Manchester City, is confident they will both acquit themselves in a professional manner. He said: "Terry and Bridgey are adults and they will sort themselves out. "They have been best friends for a long time. It's unfortunate this happened but they will go into the game as professionals. Whatever happens, happens. Chelsea forward Salomon Kalou added: "They are going to try and fight for their teams. And that's the most important thing. "The talking should be about the game. What happened before is in the past."
