John Terry 'considers house with nuclear bunker'
The Chelsea and England captain was sent a brochure about the property near Romsey, Hampshire and rang up for more details, according to Steve Bernardez of A and B developers.
However, Terry reportedly considered it too far from Chelsea's training ground in Surrey so asked if it could be replicated in a more convenient location.
Mr Bernardez said the request can be met as long as planning permission can be secured for a site.
The home features an underground aquarium, cinema, swimming pool, ballroom and 17 bathrooms. It comes with 11 acres of land and a 100m-long private lake.
Security features at the property range from a 15 birth nuclear shelter to secret tunnels created for a quick escape.
Solar panels and a wind turbine supply environmentally-friendly energy.
Phillip Parratt, from estate agency Morris Dibben, which is handling the sale, said: "It is going to end up being a very special bidder for a very special property."
